I didn’t quite like the 2006 James Bond reboot, Casino Royale, when I first watched it. In the last week, I’ve watched it twice and have grown to really, really like it.
While googling Daniel Craig’s movie, I realised there were two other Bond films with the title ‘Casino Royale’. There is the 1967 Bond spoof (with the glorious poster) that has featured seven James Bonds!
Going further back, there is a totally whacked-out 1954 version, where James Bond is an American agent (who is fondly called Jimmy Bond) and the CIA agent, Felix Leiter, is a British Secret Service guy called Clarence Leiter!
Sounds like an unintentional spoof movie, if there ever was one.
